Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

The price is great but this suit is not race ready. It is OK for running but felt slow in the water and the back is cut in a way that makes it tend to slip down. There is not much padding for cycling but I am ok with that.I like Sporti Jammers and was less satisfied with this product. I actually did a sprint Tri in Sporti Jammers last year and it worked out. This suit would be fine for swim/bike brick workouts and would be an inexpensive training setup.
