Even though the single color is sized "one size" and this one is sized "adult" they're the same size. It wasn't big enough to hold all my hair but it's sturdy. Might take some wrangling to get your hair to fit but it's bigger than regular size caps

These caps are a great fit for my daughter who has long, thick hair. The only downside is that they seem to tear pretty easily, but I suppose that comes along with the stretchiness that makes it fit so well. I will keep buying them.

Love that it is a long hair cap with a cute design. My daughter loves the design and feel in the water. I like that it is silcone since i'm allergic to latex so I can still help her get ready.
