Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I used to wear 22, and now I am a 10. I've tried other unitard suits recently (since I've lost a significant amount of weight), and this BY FAR is the most comfortable. The high back, wide straps and high sides are wonderful - you really feel secure in it. I am also happy that it has cups in it, whereas the larger suits do not have them. I'm not sure why, as you'd think the larger your breasts, the more support you need LOL This suit is definitely 5* - an excellent suit!!
