Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Im 5 foot weigh 135 and ordered a large because of the reviews these shorts run true to size sent the large back they were huge the medium will fit perfectly....the legs were big to I think people with thicker thighs might find them right around the legs....but the large had like a 3 inch to big everywhere....so go with your size.....
