Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I love the open back. The only thing I don’t like is the strings that you tie in the back, but I knew that when buying the suit so that’s on me. Other than that it works perfect for lifeguarding and in services.

Overall this is a great suit, its very comfortable easy to put on and tie the back and it fits well. But I would really like to emphasize that I was extremely upset to receive a suit that simply did not say guard anywhere on it. Not only did it not say guard but there was no decal or iron on guard logo that I couldve put on the suit myself. So, as I am a lifeguard and ordered this suit desperately in need of a new red guard suit I was extremely disappointed to receive a plain red bathing suit that simply doesnt match the picture of what I thought Id be receiving.

The suit is nice and the back tie makes it a comfortable fit, but the bottom is very narrow. Not much coverage. I ordered a pair of lifeguard shorts which helped.

Can fit a little weird depending on your body shape. Mine is pretty cheeky, I would keep this in mind depending on different rules at your job. Mine also shows some side boob as well as being hard to stretch over my whole torso some days.
