Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Decent Product with some well crafted material. Very comfortable but I really wish these shorts had pockets. It only had one lower down side pocket but it is even able to secure a phone. Just a quality of life issue.
