Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

We are in Florida so our pools are all out doors. during the colder days this keeps my guard warm and maintains a uniformed appearance. on rainy days it does a better job than a hoodie at wicking water away. because it is outerwear a few parkas per location works out so staff can share if budgeting requires.
