Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I bought this because I don't get as hot in it in my one piece. Originally I thought I would always wear my uniform shirt over it. Most days I do, but there have been a few shifts where the pool has been so busy and I haven't. I thought I would feel very self conscious in it but the high neck helps quite a bit. My only complaint is that is that while it has elastic around the bottom I wish it had a wider band. Maybe in navy. It's secure, but I think that would help a little bit more.
