Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
*For women, this measurement is NOT the same as your bra band size.
Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Another reviewer recommended replacing the belt in the Sportie Water Belt. I did just that. With this belt the water belt stays in place. I agree with the other reviewer. Sportie needs to use this belt on the original product.

A few weeks ago some friends & I were doing our early AM walk near our neighborhoods. We found an AquaJogger & weights in fine condition sitting on the pavement in the parking lot of an empty building (previously a bank). The set didn't include a belt, however.
Next month I will have foot surgery -- again. Once the incision has healed, I can now perform my own aqua therapy post-surgery which is critical for me as a "pre"-diabetic. The wonderful discovery & the belt have made me happy indeed!
