I was worried after reading previous reviews that these "heavy" bells would not have any more resistance than my medium ones. They do offer some extra resistance compared to the medium, however I wished it was more. Heavy bells are hard to find sold alone and not in a set that has other equipment with it. Price was good. Overall satisfied for the price.

After using the waterbells in deep water the first time, my arms ached a lot! I used them again today, 17 July and my arms ache again, but no pain , NO gain. I haven't found any not-so-great things. Happy exerciser
