Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Bought a size 30 for my husband based on the size chart and the thigh opening is very tight. Waist fits well so I'm afraid if I reorder a 32 it will be too loose. Hoping the stitching loosens along the thigh seam over time
