This product is used in water exercises to increase arm strength and to some degree for flotation during exercise. I like the usefulness of the product but for me, the light weight one is too heavy. I have trouble doing all the exercises as my arms start hurting. I thought light weight would be the same as the one I had been using belonging to the swimming pool, but they are quite a bit heavier.
