Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Sporty and sexy do not always go hand in hand but this top is now a favorite of mine for water sports and hanging on the beach. I wear a 34 D and ordered an XL according to the size chart although I normally wear a large. It fit very well and securely with the adjustable tie strings. Even though this was cut lower than I expected I felt very secure and appreciated the small peekaboo cutout in front to add a splash of sexy. The tie straps in the back could use something other than knots to prevent the straps from pulling out, but for a clearance purchase this was a very good buy. Black goes with everything to mix and match. Nice fabric.

I really like this one. I also bought the sporty bikini top but found it a little more skimpy which is alright for backyard sunbathing but not for paddle boarding on the lake. This one is cute & comfortable enough for activities in the sun.
