*For women, this measurement is NOT the same as your bra band size.
Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Measure from the center back neck over the shoulder, along the outside of the arm with am relaxed to the wrist.
Measure from the center of the back neck to down to determine where the parka will finish on the body.

After many years of indoor chest high water running, I have joined my local YMCA which has a wonderful DEEP water section in their outdoor pool, OPEN ALL YEAR! I wanted an athletic suit that would help keep me a bit warmer , and I discovered this great scuba suit. Wore it yesterday, plenty of room for my arm and leg movements. However it does run SMALL. I am 5'1". 130 lbs but, like many (ahem) women of a certain age, carry more in my belly. Once I (FINALLY!) zipped it up, it was quite compressive but not binding at legs or arms. I suspect it will stretch out with a bit of use. Excellent value, highly recommend.
The front zipper is a real plus, as all of my previous suits had rear zippers, that took me through FULL shoulder range of motion to zip and unzip.
