Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

This fits and feels slightly different than my old Sporti full coverage bottom. The material feels stiffer and more rough and it's a little tighter. For some reason they had them marked as final sale so I'm still hoping to find a top that fits and works well with these.

I am glad I read the reviews and sized up. I wear size 8 pants, usually buy a L in underwear so it's not too tight. But based on comments I bought an XL in this bottom and it fits well, and stays on for a solid workout.
