Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I was not impressed with the fit of this top. It Was not very flattering to my muscular physique. I think a woman with larger breasts (B cup or larger) would fare better in this one.
