Just bought my second pair. The first pair wore out after 4 years of use 4 days a week. I have foot problems and need some cushion and support, which these shoes provide. Love that these don’t have laces to come untied or flip around. All around great water shoes. I just hope they still have them 4 years from now when I need another pair.

I have worn Ryka water shoes for about five years for a water aerobics class in a 50-meter oval river feature with a current. For medical reasons I need a lot of support on one foot. The Ryka shoes that tie are supportive, but I got tired of tying laces and the time it takes to get them off and on again if I decide to swim for a while before or after exercise class. These shoes are somewhat supportive and easy to get on and off, but they lack the traction of the soles of the shoes that tie. Since we do things like all-out sprints against the current, slipping is really unpleasant. If Ryka would make these shoes with a better soles, they would have an ideal product. Others in my class wear the same shoes, and this is the consensus!

I like these shoes. I teach summer water aerobics only, so I don't wear them all year long, just the summers. The last two pairs of water aerobics shoes I purchased have had laces that frequently need to be retied during class. I sized down, one full size from my regular shoes, and these are still very comfortable. In fact, I am thinking of getting a second pair to be ready when these wear out.
