Just enough warmth to keep me swimming on cooler days and help me improve my cold water tolerance without significantly altering my streamlined position in the water.I can move arms and legs freely without the constriction of a short or long wetsuit.Closest to bathing suit only swimming without altering my body alignment and without adding excess buoyancy. Works best wearing It over a a two piece Dolfin Uglie training suit Or other tight fitting two piece swimsuit. I wear size XS. and am 5 ft 1.5” and weigh 92 to 94 lbs. Any larger would be too loose. Wish they had not stopped manufacturing this suit. I would by another today.

Two seams cross right over the nipples. Besides this being an issue, the suit creases here in a weird way that didn''t seem to flatten over time. Returned without wearing. Not made for small or large breasts.
