I've been doing a lot more yoga lately, so I decided to treat myself to a better mat. This mat fits the bill nicely.

I've had the mat about month now. It grips the floor nicely. When I first used began using it my hands and feet slipped around a bit. This is one of those cases, where you have to use it for it to get grippier. It definitely is more comfortable to use than the thinner gym yoga mats.

I use this mat with Yin, Vinyasa and Power yoga types.

The only drawback right now is that the rubbery/new smell has not completely dissapated yet.
