  • 5/10/2014 Returned this suit.

Material is rough on one's skin and not much bra support for doing water aerobics.

Attractive suit but the type of fabric makes it very tight fitting. I would have needed to order a size larger, and I was already ordering a size up from my regular size.

  • 3/8/2021 Did not like the style. The crossover piece was not sewn at the top and bottom

The suit fit fine, but the crossover piece across the bust was only sewn at the ends not top and bottom. I actually think it was cut too big. It was loose when dry and I was standing still so I can only imagine how it would be wet during water aerobics.

Consequently the suit was returned, at my expense, for what I believe was a mfg. error.

I have seen many women in the water aerobics class wear a suit like this, and I like the chlorine resistant fabric. However, it's no good for swimming. Tight under the arms ( and I have skinny arms) makes the crawl uncomfortable. Also, being in-between sizes, I ordered up based on a recommendation. It sags in the rear. Overall, not a suit for a lap swimmer.

  • 12/14/2015 do not like and can't use it.

    1. ON advice from reviews I ordered the larger size ( I'm in-between) and it sags in the butt. Order smaller.
    2. I know the water exercise women at my pool love this suit;. it was comfy trying it on dry, but in the water it is tight under the arms ( and I have skinny arms) and quite uncomfortable-it may just be good for water exercise. It is a poor cut for lap/crawl swimming and a bad fit overall. nice fabric, but the grey color makes one look like a whale or maybe a dolphin.

2 Review stars By Carol Webb

I love the color. Style was my second choice, and it is ok. The fabric is apparently cut wrong around one leg at the back of the suit. It does not fit properly, and bags and wrinkles in that area. A little disappointing, as the first Penbrooke suit I ordered I wore for years with no problem of fit. I wear it for my water class, but would not wear it in public because of the fit around one leg.

A nice suit but due to the straps sliding off my shoulders, it is not suitable for swimming laps or doing any aqua aerobics.
