This suit is very comfortable to swim in but it doesn’t have the buoyancy of a wet suit. Running in it is great no chaffing. My only problem is it is extremely difficult to get off. There is no give to get it over the shoulders either one arm or both at a time. Good thing is with a swim run race you don’t need to take it off until the end. Ran 3 miles first before the swim and got a little hot even with zipper down but once in the water perfect. Swimming and then running no heat issues.
