I am 5'-7" 160lbs (ideal weight ~150) 40" chest. I am not a real big guy. I ordered both a #7 and #8. There was no way the #7 would zip and I had a hard time getting in the arms. I returned for credit. The #8 fits well in the chest and arms but is a little long in the torso. I have swam a few times in fresh water. Due to the extra length, it is easy to get it too high on your neck which will leave a nasty mark after a few 100 yrd even with body glide. Keep the neck low when you don and you will be fine. No other complaints yet.

I should fit a Size 7 according to the size chart, but had to keep sending the suits back until I finally got a size 10 that fit nice and snug.

I'm 5'4" 160lb female with broader shoulders and limited hips. I have tried countless women's wetsuits - all were just too constricting around the chest and shoulders. Last one I tried was a women's XL in this same style. I ended up with a men's size 8 and it fits perfectly! I can move my arms and not feel like I'm being crushed. The softer sleeves make a huge difference in arm movement as well! Loved this wetsuit!!

First it is a very nice suit. BUT, it their sizing is way too small. I started out with a size 7 which should fit my dimensions according to the chart. I ended up returning the 7 for an 8, then a 9, and then finally a 10. I am 5'9, 185 lbs and a 41" chest. The one that finally fit was for a 6'3" 215 lb body according to the chart. It is a perfect snug fit. I am finally happy with the suit after three weeks of returning the too small suits. I finally got the size 10, 2-days before I left for NY for the swim.
