I have several of the Oneswim paddles. Each one of them works on different parts of the stroke and different muscles. They give feed back because if you don’t have food fundamentals they don’t stay put. As you improve your stroke they work great.

These Glide Paddles really helped me define my breast stroke pull. They also are a great resistance trainer that helped me slow down my movements which helped correct my improper technique.
