Needed, so I purchased because of price, and color selection. First time worn noticed that after use there was no need to wring-out. These shed water and dry quickly. I don't believe that was in the description, but it's a nice feature.

After only three swims in the pool at my Y the suit turned from black to green. The chlorine did a number on it. I can’t wear it now because it looks so bad. I need a suit that can stand up to pool water. I’m somewhat overweight and don’t feel comfortable in a skin tight suit. This suit fit great but color didn’t hold up.
