9/1/2015 Comfortable and okay looking

These are comfortable sandals, but the upper part covers most of the toes. It looks strange to me. The sole fits well (I am an 8.5 and got a 9 since it is whole sizing only), but the colored material on the ones I received comes almost to the end of the shoe and is wide, so you can't see much of the big toe or any of the middle ones. Maybe that's the way they are supposed to look - without a pic of someone wearing them in the product ad though, they looked like regular cute sandals. They are still usable, I would probably only wear them when I don't care what my feet look like.
