    I am 5’5, around 150lbs with a very flat chest. I bought a medium and wear typically a size 32 suit. It squished my boobs together and they almost came bulging out. I would definitely size up once - if not twice. Also, beware, your nipples will probably show if it gets cold. Look for something with a little padding instead.
