The sleeves are a little short. I'm 5'11" 148lbs and the Medium is a little loose on me (floats up during aqua aerobics). But the main reason I wouldn't reorder is that it has some facing around the collar that you can see from the outside (in the white version, anyway), and it will not stay put...it is always folded or askew or rolled up. Very annoying. I have ordered/used Body Glove UV protective rash guards in the past (size XL; tight fit) and I much prefer those.

The Nike Rash Guard is very comfortable. A solid color that doesn't fade and is a staple in an aquatics instructors wardrobe.
