I'm 150# 5' 11". I ordered the large and it was too large, hopefully the medium will be perfect. I always seem to be somewhere in the middle and order the wrong size for bottoms. I wear a pant size 7ish. But seems like a really well-made fabric, and great and flattering shape. The deep marine is not what the picture appears, it's not an aqua color, it's more of a sky blue.
