This is our first experience with Yoga Outlet. Although they didn't fit her, the experience has been nothing but first class. I ordered three pairs of yoga pants for my wife. Unfortunately, none of them fit because they are too tight although the size chart suggests the right size. Since the Yoga Outlet site does not have an exchange option, I followed the site recommendation to return all the items. However, printing the return label appeared to hit a snag. When I called Customer Service for help, the lady said there was a technical problem with the site and sent me the return label immediately. There was no waiting and no questions asked. She was courteous and professional and the service was lightning quick. I couldn't be happier.
