I am sending these back as soon as I can get them posted--current situation makes this difficult. While they are Bermuda length, and do have tummy control, they are more like leggings in fit than I was looking for. Not flattering for me. I was expecting that they would be less fitted through the upper leg, and my upper leg is not large.

These seem true to size. From the photo these look loose at the bottom. I guess it depends on the person but I am skinny, got a size small, and these hug my legs. Also the photo shows that they sit below the belly button but these are high waisted, definitely above the button - I could pull them all the way up to under my boobs! But that said, I can hike them down to below my button, where I want them. with some wrinkling but still comfortable. My first reaction was to return but since I can't find this length elsewhere and quality is good I decided to keep them. If the waistband bugs me there is a seam where I could cut it off.

Fits great, light weight but not thin. Comfortable around the waist, great for yoga or casual wear.
