I bought this for yoga and some floor exercises and it’s pretty comfortable. It doesn’t stretch when I’m doing planks, which is really nice. Definitely recommend.

I am newer to yoga and I'm very resistant in putting too much money into it because of a shoulder injury I have; it makes my movement super limited and yoga is a slow growing practice for me. Because of the injury, I do need to invest in higher quality mats so I dont slip and make the injury worse. Manduka was recommended to me multiple times, but on their site the mats are 75+ dollars and when I found it here o was SO GRATEFUL. It is a super high quality mat for an extremely low price. Excited to have found yogaoutlet!
