The Velcro strap sticks into your back. Other than that the pack works very well. Just a bit annoying.

This is a waste of Money very disappointed
This bag sticks to all of your shirts and rips them to shreds with the velcro that's to long.I received three of these and there were weird black stains in the bag.Also if you are petite DONT get this because the straps are long and they don't adjust well and the bag is loose on your waist.The 3 pockets are nice but thats the only good thing not worth the money,overall bad
