I bought two for my yoga practice. I am very pleased. I like using products made from natural materials. They are heavier than foam blocks but I don't mind. They are firm and sturdy.

I wanted yoga blocks that are more eco-friendly than the typical foam ones, and these are perfect. They are also a little heavier and firmer, which is perfect for me. They still have enough give to be comfortable.
