These are really nice jammers and are inexpensive. I have had many suits over the years and most run a ‘size’ small. These ran two sizes too small. I’m a 32/33” waist, 6’ 00” , 172 lbs and had bought a pair of 34” waist but the legs were way too tight. I tried them for a while thinking they might stretch but they did not. I bought a pair of 36” and the legs are better.

Perfect for races and interval work - smooth material sheds the water, and snug fit = aero/aquadynamic. My waist is 30 and I ordered these in 32. The leg openings are just a tad too tight, but the trade off will come in the pool. I could have probably gotten away with a 34, but this is not a show stopper.
