    I'm not a very fast swimmer and am nursing a knee injury, so swimming is my current fitness sport.  I like this book because it's easy to understand and it just makes sense.  It gives you good ideas and there are things that you can easily remember while you are in the pool.  And the author does inject some humor into it, his wording is funny!!  This is a great book for any level swimmer!!
