    Wonderful meditation pillow- great quality

    A wonderful meditation pillow! I bought it for kundalini yoga/meditation and I find it very comfortable. It is filled with buckwheat shells and that means I can take some out if I want the pillow to be softer. I have kept it just as is and it gives me a nice height to fold my legs and sit upright. The fabric quality is excellent (feels thick and sturdy). The design of the fabric is very attractive and I bought the bolster to match afterward.
