    Great for hot yoga

    I am using this for hot yoga on top of my regular yoga mat. The more you sweat, the stickier the towel. If you mist with water, that works well too. It is not super sticky when it's dry. The rubber backing on the bottom is awesome and the towel never bunches up or moves out of place on my mat, which I love. The towel is also very absorbant. Overall I am pleased. Would give it 5 stars if it was more slip resistant when dry.
