I normally do yoga at studios and have always used their blocks & straps. Now having to practice at home, I've been fortunate to find great yoga classes on YouTube, but needed props. Yoga Outlet had a great selection and the prices were very reasonable. I think I got everything in 3 days. The strap is what I needed with the bonus of a pretty pattern and the plastic clasp. I don't really like the metal ones - noisy and heavy. Highly recommend.

This is a great yoga belt. I like the three bands of different colors a lot. Just the right thickness and length for how I use it which is for reclining leg stretch poses and seate forward folds. I really like the plastic buckle which is much quieter than metal buckles on the hardwood floors of the studio where I practice.
