Over all good product. This is my second. I don't like the latch on the band as the twist will break too easily. Metal or plastic buckle would be better.

The device wasn't compatible with my phone or laptop, which I didn't realize when I was buying it. Customer service tried to trouble shoot it via email, and in the end I needed something called an Ant Stick to get it to sync with my computer. While it was annoying that I had to wait an additional week to use the Vivofit 3, Garmin sent me the Ant Stick quickly and free of charge. I'm enjoying it so far. It's pretty accurate in measuring my distances. Also tracks my lap swimming and sleep patterns, which I find to be amazing! Now that it's up and running, it's pretty easy to use.
