I am very pleased with this device. Previously I owned a Ticwatch running wear OS which I liked with the exception of a few lacking features, including: water resistance, multi-day battery and ambient light sensor). These are the three features that persuaded my purchase of the Garmin Vivoactive music the most. In addition to that, this watch is lighter, slimmer, and is a little more stylish than the Ticwatch which mainly consists of a plastic frame. The main feature missing which I utilized on my other watch is responding to messages on that oh-so tinny keyboard which worked surprisingly well. I ran this watch on my Pixel device for less than a day before I switched to an iPhone so I never had the chance to try out the canned response option for message reply''s. Receiving the notifications is my main concern and that feature works as it should and the vibration is fairly strong. I haven''t had a chance to test out any of the exercise features yet though I''m sure those will work great, I''ve used multiple Garmin products for cycling and I''ve never been disappointed in them. I''ve been impressed with the battery life on this watch, especially considering the always on display which is very easy to see even in the bright sunlight or darkness (it has a backlight which enables with a twist of the wrist). I get 5 days on a charge with a non stock watch face which shows me: time, steps, distance, heart rate, date, battery, sun rise/set, steps, stairs, intensity minutes, and a…
