These blocks give a tad bit with the foam, which I appreciate, especially when using for restorative poses. I will say be careful around rough surfaces as I have scratched mine up a bit in the zipper of my to-go bag.

Proper yoga block, colors make it easy to see peripherally when you're going into a challenging balance pose.

Very pleased with these blocks. My only complaint is they got nicked just from my removal of the outside wrapping. Not bad though. I feel very supported using these blocks, perfect width on middle setting.
