I worked 8 hours a day five days a week at home since 3/2019 because of COVID-19. After 5 hours my butt and back would hurt so back I would lay on my side for an hour after work. Since I got my balance chair, I’m feeling great. I must admit, I was sore for a few days because I started doing the chair exercise. I think I use muscles that I never knew I had in my body.

I love this chair. I use it for work and it makes me have better posture through the day. I also like that I can get a little bounce going on it when I have nervous energy.
