Gaiam Capri Printed Yoga Mat 68" 6mm Extra Thick

Great yoga mat. My hands don’t slip and the thickness is great. I have injured knees and the thickness of the mat helps but it’s not so thick that it interferes with balancing poses. The color I nice and the design seems like a calming cool sun. It feels nice. Has a mild smell but will easily dissipate if put outside for a day to out gas.

I love the thickness of this yoga mat. It is exactly what I was looking for. The 6mm is the right cushion for what I needed for support and feel. The design on the mat is gorgeous. I also like the color.

I do my yoga on a hard wood floor so I was very excited to find a thicker mat. Much more comfortable! I will definitely shop here again and reccomend it to my friends and family.
