I ordered a size 42, because I wear a US Women's 16/18. Bra size 38B. My chest circumference is 40". Well, the suit has a hang tag that says, "bra cup size DDD/E". Now this is Australia cup sizes, so it's a US DDD equivalent. But that would have been nice to know since my breasts are not that large. Otherwise the material and the colors are very nice. The ruching is flattering.
