This is a super soft, comfortable sports bra. I'd say it's low impact. I use it for hot yoga and my biggest thing against is that it's clear when it gets wet with sweat, but honestly that's most yoga clothes- even tech sweat wicking fabrics. I love the cut and color- it's a gorgeous versatile look.
