1/27/2015 Great top for outdoor winter swimming(in heated pool)!!

This top is terrific! I ordered it because my swim club just heated the outdoor pool and I had anticipated that the cold air would be noticeable depending on which stroke I was swimming.Although the water temp is fine,the air is cold most days(around 28-38 degrees) and this top was also very useful if there was any wind at all. It does create a bit of drag,especially in the arm area.
I returned the youth size and bought the unisex size small(I had ordered both a YM and unisex S based on one of the reviews).
I am 5'4" and 114 lbs and the unisex S fits well.

My so. Takes swim lessons at the local high school and in the winter during swim season, the pool is COLD! These thermal shirts keep him from shivering on the deck while he waits his turn to get in the water. Nice fit and very insulating

I gave the shirt a 2 because it did not meet expectations in performance, but it was fine in quality and construction. I bought the shirt for exercising in an indoor pool kept about 84 degrees F. It might provide warmth if the whole body is under water, but it did not provide any warmth for me with shoulders and arms going in and out of water. I still got chilly.
