I really like this teaching tool to help my swimmers learn fly and better free and back hip rotation. I wish there was a smaller model for younger children because they are the ones that really need to feel the importance of the hips

We use stations once a week during summer training for our Age Group swimmers. Bought this for a fun way to work on important skill of rotation. They loved it.

My master's swim coach had me try this during a practice. I loved it so much I bought one for my self and one for my husband. The sound is like a metronome and it tells me when my stroke is too choppy and I am not rotating properly. My daughter swims on a club team and she likes it too.
