For this price I wish I had bought 10 pairs of the simple plugs that I hear better with! I find the water sits on the mesh, blocking hearing. I either have to wiggle them or take them out to hear, and they are FRAGILE! The many tiny parts separate easily (e.g. the black ring from the plug) and are tedious to reassemble. The mesh is fragile, as noted on the website, dont push on the center of the plug... which I must have done by habit and logic when inserting ear plugs, because the mesh has started break its seal. They are a good effort to an admirable goal, but overpriced for what seems a product needing further development.

These do exactly what it says they will: they keep water out and sound in. I can finally swim the way I want to without worrying about getting water in my ears! Being able to talk to someone without having to pull them out every time is a great feature as well. Also loved the packaging, (they come with a nice little storage case).

Easy to use. A bit of wetness in ear after 1 hr swim practice but not enough to plug up ear. Goodbye to rinsing ear with alcohol. Could hear coaches instructions without problem. Finally something that works!

It does stop water going in my ears and able to hear. The reason I give two starts is because the price. Over $50 I don't think it's worth it...
