FINIS EVO Quick Tempo Monofin Swim Fin

I am a former competitive swimmer I need new toys to keep me entertained while swimming. I have a standard mono fin and I find this product far superior. This fin helps balance streamline. It is very noticeable which side of your body has more strength as you tend to tip to a side. Using this product has helped strengthen my core and improve my streamline. I have used this with high school swimmers to correct their dolphin kick. A standard mono fin allowed for too much separation of the feet so proper technique was not learned. I was skeptical on the design but once I tried them out I was very impressed. They also are more compact then a standard mono fin and fit in a swim backpack.
