Everyday Yoga’s bolsters are wonderful. The canvas covers are durable and washable. I needed this bolster for my home practice. This bolster is less dense than my other bolsters, and it is especially useful in my Yin and Restorative practices. As my flexibility increases, I have found the standard bolster too bulky in some poses. It’s nice to have both thicknesses on hand to use depending on what my body needs.
